I still had to delete this Google Play Games (Not Google Play) account and remake one every time I wanted to inject a new Save File, so the process can be lengthy. I found it best to log out of my main Google Play account and then to create a temporary modding account. You may have some luck deleting all of your Sonic Dash data and Google Play Games Sonic Dash data to restart the entire game and then injecting your Save File, but I found that somehow this wasn't working. The way that Google Play Games handles your data is that after injecting a Save File into Sonic Dash, that data is stored in your account, meaning you cannot inject any more modified Sonic Dash Save Files.
Probably because they're classed as the same update version. On the android devices I tested, I had to delete Sonic Dash before installing a newer version. You may need to reinject your Save File if you delete the game to download a modded alternative. Sonic Dash also does not write to your injected Save File, so no changes to your injected Save File will take place.Īs mentioned in the How To: Locate Sonic Dash Save File tutorial, you can either use a root method to obtain your Sonic Dash Save File, or you can obtain one without root by following the steps of the aforementioned tutorial and then edit that Save File to be similar to your Sonic Dash data.
